Divit POS (the "Service") is a subscription billing and point-of-sale product operated by Divit Graphics and IT Solution LLP, D-85, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the account data described below; you are the Data Principal.
Account data (your name, email and business name), the business data you enter into the Service (products, customers, invoices, ledgers), and technical data (log/IP address and device information) needed to operate and secure the Service. If and when paid subscriptions are enabled, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details.
To provide, maintain and secure the Service, create and manage your account, process any subscription, send transactional emails (such as email verification codes and account notices), provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. The Service does not process your business data through, or use it to train, any artificial-intelligence system.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when you create an account and use the Service, and to perform our contract with you. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or by closing your account, subject to any processing we are required to carry out by law.
We do not sell your data, and we do not mix one customer's data with another's. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under contract and only as needed:
• Hosting & infrastructure: Railway (application and database hosting; infrastructure may be located outside India).
• Email delivery: a third-party email service used to send verification codes and transactional emails.
• Payments (when enabled): a third-party payment processor for subscription payments.
We will update this list with specific provider names as those services are finalised. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Your data is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure and retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, after which it is deleted or anonymised, subject to any legal retention requirement. You can export your business data from within the app at any time.
Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable law, you may access, correct, update, export or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email dgitsllp@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing dgitsllp@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal or tax obligations.
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, per-account (tenant) isolation and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you notice a security concern, please report it to dgitsllp@gmail.com.
