Divit POS ("Service", "we", "us") is a subscription software-as-a-service billing and point-of-sale product operated by Divit Graphics and IT Solution LLP, D-85, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. The fees, billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and any free trial are those shown for the plan you select at checkout, billed in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice.
Before each automatic renewal you will receive advance notice where required by applicable rules, including the pre-debit notification issued under the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework for recurring payments. You may cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge.
You may cancel at any time by emailing dgitsllp@gmail.com (or from your account settings where available); cancelling is at least as easy as signing up, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals. Our free trial lets you evaluate the Service before any payment is taken.
You own your business data. We process it to provide the Service, isolated per account. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including the tax/GST filings you generate.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security or other tenants' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via dgitsllp@gmail.com.
The Service helps you prepare invoices and returns (e.g. GSTR-1) but does not constitute tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and for your statutory filings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
