1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, business name), the business data you enter (products, customers, invoices), and technical data (log/IP, device) needed to run and secure the Service. Payments are handled by our processor (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, send transactional emails (e.g. verification codes), provide support, and comply with law.

3. Data isolation

Each account's business data is logically isolated with row-level security. We do not sell your data. We do not mix one customer's data with another's.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting: Railway; email: ZeptoMail by Zoho; payments: Razorpay) under contract, or where legally required.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymise it, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting dgitsllp@gmail.com. You can export your data anytime from the app.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords/PINs, per-account isolation, a tamper-evident audit trail and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to dgitsllp@gmail.com.
