1. Who we are

Divit POS ("Service", "we", "us") is a subscription software-as-a-service billing and point-of-sale product operated by Divit Graphics & IT Solution LLP, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a monthly (₹250) or yearly (₹2,500) subscription, billed in advance via our payment processor. A free trial of 30 days may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Your data

You own your business data. We process it to provide the Service, isolated per account. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter (including tax/GST filings you generate).

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security or other tenants' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via dgitsllp@gmail.com / WhatsApp +91 93156 35745.

8. Tax compliance disclaimer

The Service helps you prepare invoices and returns (e.g. GSTR-1) but does not constitute tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and for your statutory filings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
